Justin O'Mara Henning is the founder of Human Centered Holdings LLC. He spent the first two decades of his career as a designer, technologist, and operator, building digital products, infrastructure, and brands for companies and communities across many industries. He is the founder of Lunchbox Agency, a creative and technology firm based in Texas, and has led work spanning brand identity, design systems, software development, and digital infrastructure.

He founded Human Centered Holdings because the digital world he had spent his career helping to build had begun to drift away from the principles he believed should guide it. The institutions that shape the internet — from domain registries to platforms, identity systems, and the standards bodies that govern them — were increasingly optimizing for scale and extraction rather than stewardship. He believed there was room, and need, for a holding company that operates at a different cadence and works to a different definition of success.

He lives in Texas with his family.
